Another slight web page update

I've uploaded a file describing the sysex format for firmware updates to the web page. http://www.colinfraser.com/p3/P3-SysExFlash.txt The update can be done just as a raw sysex file, as long as there is enough delay between blocks. I've been using Midi-OX successfully for this.
