80's ripoff

Talk about copying the Simmons design:

For those not fluent in swedish: it's an auction and it's pickup only. 
I'll keep a watch just out of interest, but that sound module sure looks 
cheesy with those controls.

Anyone here who knows more about it?

Your trusty man Thomas has one ;-)
It sounds more like an 808 than a Simmons, but has a good Snare and  
is fully analogue.
Wouldn't buy it for much though...

I did not know that it sounded like a Roland TR-808. I did see the brand name Digiplay somewhere. I looked at the pads in the pic on the page you sent to the link to and they remind me of the Gretsch Blackhawk series electronic drums, which also have that Simmons-type look to them.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
