hello everyone.

i have a wish list for this sds 3/4 clone module. it is based on the
modules i already own and a bit more.

yamaha ed10

this is a self contained pad and module unit that comprises of a
couple of neat functions including "overtone" that is meant to emulate
double headed toms. the filter mod on it introduces filter to velocity
(the harder you hit, the more the filter opens) it is controllable via
a knob.

pearl drx1
has an overtone function but also 8 presets for saving kits (great!)

tama techstar
canon outputs.

but there is a great post on the net for EXTREME modifications to the
techstar module. the mods are listed on this site but i have the full
explanation somewhere around here. let me go look.

i almost forgot the simmons sds 800/400/200 second skin function.
there are mods for this mentioned on the site i spoke about in the
last post.

even a dual channel version would be great with a CRAP LOAD of knobs
for analog tweakery.

plus i forgot to mention the functions on the MAM adx1 such as random
and metallic functions. 

having fat sounds is one thing. being able to tweak those sounds in
numerous ways is another.

...I too have a dream:  6-8 channels of Multivox Electro-Snare in one box
(also produced as JHS SD-1 Pro-Rhythm Drum-Synth).  Or 4 Electro-Snare and
some Pearl Syncussion (SY-1).

I used to think I had the only Electro-Snare, then I found this guy:

It suffered extremely limited production, but I feel it¹s the ultimate
analog drum synth.  I think I have some kind of trade show demo or
something.  I¹m curious if anyone else on this list has one.
