Hehe, did anybody notice that simmonsdrums.net and guitarcenter.com is
the same server? What a hazard... ;-)))))

is

I very much doubt that the OS is backed up by the battery. Only the settings should be......

I could be wrong, but......are you sure you didn't damage the S-3 while swapping battery ?

And finally (after this posting I guess it's not worth investigating
any further) also the postal adresses of "Simmons" and "Guitar Center"
are identical

But the name rights ....  Hard to believe that they are allowed to
label this kit "Simmons" and even use the (almost) original logo

I'm not certain , but I wondered what other people thouhgt about my question

the thing is , the S3 started action strange, so I guessed it "ll be the
battery since it was an old machine and was never replaced. I replaced and
things got even worse. I forgot about the 2 battery trick so I probably fucked
it up write then, I am not a great electronic professor but I am certain
I can safely replace a battery ( apart from my memory that sometimes forget
certain things, what was I telling??)
So I guess it's the os, since there machines that can be uploaded by a mididump
so that was my thought\\
