Check your ribbon cable for hairline cracks. They degrade after years of being folded. You can use a circuit writer pen to repair the traces. Caig Laboratories

I use the YAMAHA DX5 individual outputs to trigger my SDSV and SDS7. The best way to do that is using the XLR pad inputs , so you´ll need jack- XLR
