I hate to to be the bearer of bad news but it'll cost more to repair this module than to buy one that already works. Jesper is right: the Curtis chips have been pulled and, maybe worse, so has the Hybrid board. You may be able to dig up the Curtis chips but the Hybrid is a whole other thing. :(
If you'd like to trade it against a working module, email me and we can work out the details.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
