I'm a keyboarder and mouse-clicker myself and I use the SDS-V like that 95% of the time. easiest way, if you're not a soldering iron guy, is to get a Simmons MTM 'cause it converts midi to any kind of Simmons trigger you'll like. I have one for SDS-V and SDS-7 seperately. BTW, I did some mixing of a track today and realised the kick of the SDS-7 was messing everything up. It sounded as if it was blocking out a lot of other sounds. Not that they we're drowned, they sounded as if blocked in phase. I need to tweak a new, this won't do. The wonderful world of analogue drums! (or is it just me, being too in love with modulation?) :D -- electronically yours, jesper - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- - www.electronic-obsession.se
