Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

I remember about a year ago a red SDSV pad set which was supposed to be owned by Dave Stuart: Beside 4 common red SDSV tom pads it had a very tiny moon shaped bassdrum which reminded me of the Roland KD-7 floor kick pad. 

How many Musicaid SDSV units had been built? How many Simmons SDSV brains? Interesting question. I would estimate 100 Musicaid + 3000 Simmons
