I've tried this before... Often with good experience. But also, you might alert people originally not interested (it has happened). Apart from Simmons and the EDP synths I zoom in on Realton's machines and when it comes to those I know the two people I might end up battling against the final seconds so we three try to be gentlemen and inform about our intentions. We even have our own little private mailinglist. Last year I received a mail in response to a statement about a unit for sale and that guy replied in kind words that it wouldn't matter how much I was ready to pay 'cause he would win it. I stepped down, and he did. I can live with that, it was expensive and he plays for a living, I don't... Also, I have most of the Simmons gear I "need". It's just the claptrap mk2 and bargains that are interesting I think. -- electronically yours, jesper - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- - www.electronic-obsession.se
