I've owned 305, 305, 500 but have only kept the 206 because of the clap. 
unfortunately it suddenly failed me and I haven't had time to check it out.

The rimshot on the 305 is one of the best sounding knob-infested 
analogue "channels" out there, that isn't a Simmons, IMHO.

The Tamas are way to big for a small studio setup though. Stupid design, 
much like the SDS-8.
