Hello! My SDK 7 Snare Drum pad stoped working. The rim is still ok but the pad no longer works. I have been trying to get Simmons Drums to return my calls and web request for a replacement part but no luck. I must be doing something wrong but I don't know what... any help on how to obtain replacement part (i.e. snare drum pad) would be greatly appreciated (special phone number, contact person...).
