Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hi all, 
     I just sold my backup SDS7 brain and selector pad to someone on E-
bay. The brain and selecter pad all worked fine before I sent it. Now 
he said that when he powered it up that there was no display read out 
and the selecter appear to switch kits but no display and a decay seems 
to be set on all sounds. "CRAP"!!! He said that he moved the program 
module in it and that cleared that up BUT the selecter pad when it is 
plugged in the display go's away. "CRAPPPPPPP"!!!!!!! 
    You guys tell me but I think that it is in the program module or 
maybe the battery module. 
    If someone can help with this that would be sweet. I'm not sure 
what to say other than Welcome to VINTAGE GEAR!
