Re: [Simmons Drums] Potentiometers SDSV $ SDS7

2008-03-04 by Michael Buchner

Hello all,
I made a mistake in my description of these pots: The axis is 4mm, not 3mm. Sorry. I have enough of them in stock to send the 8 pieces to Haley and the 4 pieces to Patrice, but then I am nearly running out myself. Patrice, you have to send me your address, Haley did already. So, for all you others: It is not difficult to get spare pots. I googled shops here in germany: www.henri-elektronik.de or www.reichelt-elektronik.de, type into the search line something like: poti mono 4mm and you will get results, at Reichelt you can see a picture to get an idea, how the item has to look like, if you want to search for it in your own countries. One poti costs only a few cents (!!!!) there, but careful, they charge 8 Euro for advance payment and 10 Euro minimum order value at henri.
Regards
Michael

I still think Mouser have these in a number of variations. But if
Michael can help you get the exact right it might be worth sending them
across the pond if you get the a match.
