ArmorAll is magic in a studio for exterior fixups. It works on plastic, 
metall, wood etc. Trust me I've tested! When I sprayed my Chroma a lot got 
on the wooden floor of our living room and that proved to be a hazard for at 
least a week afterwards... slippery like hell!

If the black edges have turned that awful blue colour there's this
stuff in Australia called "Black Wax" which is for the hard black
plastic trim around car windscreens etc, hopefully you'll have
something similar where you are. Brought my SDS9 pads back to looking
good but six months on the blue is *just* starting to show again. I
figure repeated doses over time will do the trick. Just don't get
this stuff on the coloured shell - remove it first. For the playing
surfaces Armorall works a treat.
