I'll go look at some panels for a while.

Do you know which of the NOIse source outputs is used by the
RVG?

Patching SSG to be an RVG, from Gold book:

Noise S/H output to Stepped In
Coupler output to Stepped Sample and Smooth In

Smooth out is Smooth
Stepped out is Stepped
Coupler out is Pulse
