A question aside from the strengths of the SSG... Looking at the catalog, I
would assume that the Random Source made the Random Voltage Generator &
Noise Source combo almost obsolete?
There is only two things they don't have in common; the "stepped random"
jacks on the NOI - which I don't understand how they differ from the
"stepped" voltages which can be patched up?
Secondly, the NOI has two uncorrelated white and pink outputs simultaneously
which is in turn only of use if one has the dual RVG ("DRG").
What else is different to deploying the combo solution? A difference in
performance?
