BTW, the sliding caliper measurement tool was possibly the best $6
I've spent. It gave me all the measurements I needed to modify the FP
design. From now on I will be ordering all my parts and measuring
them before I order a frontpanel.
I went with a 3mm thickness = perfect for motm. I also used the 0.2mm
engraving tool and the text looks perfect--see the photo. I will use
the 0.2mm from now on.
