The way I'm doing things is that I paint a bunch of panels in various sizes - the next batch will have about 50 2U, 30 1U, and 20 3U panels. Then I'll put them all in a cart on the web site. You pick the pattern(s) that you want, then I silkscreen the panels to order and send them out. I can also drill the holes for you. As time goes on, I plan to make smaller batches of panels more frequently. Next year (2008) I plan to add more CNC stuff, and if things go well, I'll be buying a laser for etching.
