Oh, and another thought -- the knobs on this module will be small 
(sorry, but otherwise it would be 8U and not laid out so nice), and the 
16mm you get from Mouser have a bit longer shaft. They're nice for big 
knobs, but not so much for small knobs.
But again, you can drill them out easily enough. An English step-drill? 
You mean you step on it?

I don't know what that is, but if it's a drill it should work.
