I have a couple of questions about tolerances on FracRack panels I want to send to Schafer. 1. What tolerance is typically specified for width, holes, etc.? 2. How much smaller should I make the board to allow assembly? I saw some specs. on a FracRack panel: Deburr outside edges, do not round corners Light grain, black anodize tolerances: +/- 0.010 in Holes +/- 0.005 in Are these reasonable? Should I just design the panel to be 0.010 inches smaller in width? Thanks David David M. Ingebretsen M.S., M.E.
