The Kawai & Teisco Analog Synths Group

hello guys, i will get my sx 210 next week, i plan to change the 
battery ASAP, so, Im not familiar with computer boards, so I dont 
want to mess everything up. Does anybody knows, precisely, wich 
battery model i should buy at RadioShack ? Do I have to buy a 
battery holder like the Old Crow did for the polysix ?
Please, if someone knows the exact pieces number to get, send me 
some info...

Do i have to buy something else ?

so it can use a lithium battery

Ok, so i have to buy the same kind of battery that is already on the board, I cant buy a lithium battery.

It might be a simple job for an electronician to switch it up i guess

Let an electronician do it for you. Old crow has converted the circuit
so it can use a lithium battery

Good luck on obtaining the sx210. It is indeed a fine synthesizer. It
takes some work, but it is wonderful.

A great one indeed, the first time you turn on the chorus circuit 
you'll know  : )
