Re: Looking for an SX-240

2008-11-14 by we_are_computron

Congrats Antonie.make sure you service your new synth before you
play with it to much. You might have to clean up some gas damage and
100% for sure change the battery. You invested in a awsome synth i
strongly suggest you invest just a little bit more and have it moded
to take A A ion battery. It will cost you little and you will never
have to worry about damage to your synth from the battery ever again
or worry about loosing patches you make.

That sx240 was the only one I have seen on ebay as long as I been a
member here.When I first got here I was offered a few sx210's and I
stronlgy was leaning toward one.I almost gave up on a sx240 but i
lucked out.My sx240 is near mint cosmetic and working 100% problem
free.

I suggest anyne looking for a sx240 and cant fnd one to consider the
meaner sounding little brother the sx210.
