Forgive my ignorance about batteries, but how much life do you expect to get 
from the 3v lithium battery?  Do they last much longer than other 
rechargeable batteries?  I want to go ahead and replace my nicad battery, 
but want to be sure i choose the right option.

How did place the lithium battery on the board?  Do you solder leads to the 
positive and negative sides, and use them as de facto stand offs, to keep 
the battery off the board?  I've messed around with electronics, but have 
not played inside my keyboard yet.  Any further tips you can provide would 
be greatly appreciated.
