Hi, I've just stumbled upon this group - here's my SX-210 story: I bought my SX-210 for £140 from some guy's house near manchester in 1995, it was the first bit of proper music gear I'd ever owned (I was 15 at the time). I must say I was initially disappointed with it, I think at the time I was looking for something a bit more 70s moog-sounding (how naive I was!). But since then, I learned to love my SX-210 in sickness and in health and I'll NEVER sell it (I just wish the little bastard had MIDI). Does anyone else's SX-210 ever get 'sick' ? Sometimes I get random notes triggering by themselves and note envelopes not fully closing - it always goes away after a few minutes of being switched on though. You gotta love it's analog 'charm' ! Also, my INCREMENT dial would only *increase* the numbers for a while - which made making new patches impossible, it stayed like this for about 4 years and then one day suddenly fixed itself?? WTF?? Cheers, John
