Hi David, thanks for that, I contacted PREH and they stopped supporting spares for the qwerty around 12 years ago (they called it a 'graphic commander' by the way) so anyway I'm still looking for a complete stylus or replacement kbd. Also, does anyone know what technology the gra

Howard, You are describing CRT "cataracts". The picture tube is probably fine, it's just the laminate that needs to be replaced. Mine is starting to do this as well. A Google search should produce several places that do this kind on work. For example, this place looks good: Hawke

Yup, Marty is correct. I have a Synclavier and the "Beat it" bell, is a Synclavier FM preset. Not only is it a preset, but the whole opening melody lick is actually lifted from a Synclavier demo LP ( I think there was some infringement lawsuits over the melody as a result) Tobias

Hi, I used to own a Synclavier II and it was definitely one of the library FM presets. Remember selling it again as everything way sounding like MJ ;-) I kept my Fairlight IIx as it had and has a more distinct sound and is somehow more fun. Best Thomas On Jul 1, 2011, at 9:54 PM,

I do not understand your enthusiasm for this group... the compositions are not extraordinary, I would venture to say which are not wonderfully pleasant. Too banal, it tends to listen to that kind of girl group. ARFF how I break the myth ;)
