small printer

Does anyone know if there is a letter size printer that uses archival
pigment inks and will accept heavy matte paper? My last 24" wide printer has
been carried out feet first, and for now, I want to make small prints.
                  Thanks,

I use a WorkForce printer for everyday text printing that also can be used for fine art with the right inks and profiles. I can feed 300 gsm paper through it with the usual slight assist. The claim to fame for these is speed with text.

They now have a monochrome version. I have not seen any output from it.

I am uncertain of the empty cart availability for third party inks. Mine is an older 13" model.

The DuraBrite ink is pigment.

Good luck with the search.
