Maybe you guys should use the same image for your tests, like a step wedge from this lists files? Are you all using the same operating systems? Do they all implement color management similarly? in PS are you all using the same color engine for your conversions, do you all have black point compensation checked (or not) and dither checked (or not) and are they all set up the same for both PS 6 & 7?
