Ok, I've figured it out. I apoligze for all the messages, if someone has a better way to do it, please let me know. Here is what I did I made a vector with the three equations (l is 34) [-578=p*0^2+q*0+r 289=p*(l/2)^2+q*(l/2)+r -578=p*l^2+q*l+r] then I made another vector [p q r] then I used s.solv, and SOLVE.
