I have a scrap movement for a DX. I don't have paypal anymore. THe DS1
problem...I think it uses a divide down network and possibly there's a
problem with a divider chip or something. I don't have diagrams but let me
direct you to Timothy Kosiorek (tkosiorek on ebay). He has an ebay store
with the DS-2 diagrams for 7 bucks. I think the circuitry is real similar
on the two...remember that from somewhere. If you want troubleshooting
advice I'll walk you through it if you have any technical abilities there
for a consulting fee and service manual charge...it's only 7 bucks so like
12 bucks to get it here with shipping and then hopefully I can see what the
problem might be. But sometimes if something shorts or something and I'm
not there to see the wire....that won't help at all. So look things over
CAREFULLY before we even get started. I'd ask that people send me at least
12 plus an hour of my time at 30 bucks an hour and then if there's leftover
I'll reimburse you. The spring is only two dollars with shipping. -Bob
