Just glancing at the schematic I'd say increase the value of C22 (.1
microF). The most useful thing to do is to put another capacitor in
parallel with a SPST switch on one end to switch it in and out. That way
you get two frequency ranges, although then you've got to mount the switch
somewhere.
In other words, tack this circuit...

across the existing capacitor. Try different values until you get the range
you want. Every time you double the capacitance you double the period/halve
the frequency. Note that this will work with any LFO once you identify the
integrator capacitor.
