I can't recall if I mentioned in this group I have one that oscillator one
behaves strangely. Osc 2 seems to work but isn't exactly in pitch from
octave to octave...meow....:-) Needs a little more spread between notes.
None of the adjustments seemed to make a difference. AND osc1 just puts out
a high pitched tone when it's switched on and keys are hit..above a certain
point. Hence it's apparent something is quite sick with its VCO. I went
through and just replaced pretty much all the socketed chips..most of them
since I had lots of each. That helped envelopes to start working and some
other stuff as I recall.
Anyway I was confused before because the diagrams I can download don't
seem to exactly match this unit. There are these 'SIPP' type ceramic
devices I'd think were resistor arrays perhaps, but they're labelled with
some numbers then 'CKT #2' I seem to recall. And I can't find anything that
should be where there are...anything at all...in the diagram. Thanks, -Bob
