Hi,

I haven't looked at your panel, but I have some input on this which may prove useful to you. I am a Frac Rack/Modcan A format guy (which is why I stay quiet most of the time here). However, about two years ago I built a panel for my Pro-2000. I allotted only one output for each of the CV and Gate outputs. BIg Mistake. I ∗always∗ had to start every patch with a mult and extra cables. Last year when I designed the panel for my Encore Expressionist, I did the right thing and provided 4-way mults for myself on the first two gate and CV jacks. Consequently, I use the encore far more than my Kenton, even tho I know the Kenton menus far better. I can almost always accomplish the same patch with two less modules and four fewer cables.

My $0.02,

Sam E.

I did copy your format Richard!

Thanks for your suggestions guys, I will change the engraving tool and play around with
the location of the fonts.

However, why do you suggest I make it into 1U? You feel it's better to have this panel
dedicated to the pro2000 and have more Mults on another panel?

I was thinking that in some cases having it all in one panel is convenient... maybe I'll
reconsider...
