Forsome time I have been using an aid when drilling holes in aluminum butdon't recall seeing this mentioned on the list. I'm probably thelast one to figure this out, but in case I'm not, let me introduce you toa cutting fluid called "Tap Magic". This cutting fluid isfantastic stuff.
Tap Magic is truly a great product. Although I have driftedfrom the Aluminum formula and have begun to use the Tap Magic Formula 1Biodegradable Aqueous McMaster# 1043K52 on the painted panels. Iwas afraid that the Tap Magic Aluminum which is a petroleum distillateproduct, might damage the paint. The Formula 1 is close inperformance, but is not petroleum based, and is water washable.-dave-
