I can confirm it s the brass 1+2 and the Lexicon 224. If you don t mind using software, the Valhalla Vintage Verb is outstanding at doing that type of reverb.

The problem was solved by adding a resistor in parallel to the carbon track resistor. (I did not have the needed value at hand that s why I used two resistors)

You have logic whine comming from KBC1 and KBC2. Replace the cmos on these two boards. they are the 4001, 4069, 4013, 4019, 4073 and 4016. This will cure it.
