Does the glitching happen when you're playing back the patterns, or is it 
just the display flickering or something when you scroll the data wheel in 
stop mode?  I keep mine to Rechannelize Always too, never seen anything 
weird though.

The only other concern I have is when I set a particular channel to have 
an FX send to main and at the same time have the "RECHANNELIZE MIDI IN to 
Chan:" set to "always" and I exit the MIDI edit and scroll through my 
tracks I get pauses and glitches switching inbetween tracks.  Setting 
Rechann...chan: to "off" solves the issue. Trying to see the routing 
logical reasoning... hmm..

I get the same glitshes by setting Rechannalize Midi In other than to
"off", when I use the Arps.
