US/EURO Power supplies

US/EURO Power supplies

2003-07-29 by adz32

If I have an XX-7 bought in the US, and I use it in Europe, will it
need a transformer to proctect it from the higher voltage or is there
a switch on the unit?

Thanks,
A.

No, it has automatic voltage switching, you don't need to do anything :)

Nah, just use a foil gum wrapper and make your own :) I do that all the
time for those last minute 50,000+ capacity gigs overseas. Oh wait, that
hasn't happened yet, I hate it when I forget what time period I'm in....
