Okay, I'm currently working on a project (http://www.strangeinterludes.com), and I'm needing a few sound effects. I've found most of what I need out in the public domain, but I'm missing a few: Hospital ambience Crowd at Election Rally Electronic Cash Register beeps and receipt printing If anyone out there can help me out with a download or link or something else, that'd be great. Not sure what I could trade, but I'm sure I could find something. Thanks! Clay

Got a mic? maybe rent some movies too, always a good place for samples
like that. Heck, you could get your firs tone by watching "ER", the
second by watching "The West Wing", and the third by watching
ummm....something that happens at a supermarket. "Clerks?" ;)

Tried that already (ER and West Wing). Problem is, the composer won't shut up long enough to let the ambience come through. There's hardly a second that goes by where there isn't either music or dialog or both. Thanks for the reply, though! I will see what movies I might be able to find. Hospital ambience, you could try Buffy season 5 episode 16, "The Body"... lots of that takes place at a hospital, and there's no background music whatsoever (for effect).
