Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Holla!
I have a ASR X Pro connected to mp7 from the midi B OUT to asr's midi 
IN, then i have an Edirol UM-1 midi-interface connected to mp7's midi 
IN and OUT A. if i try to record midisequences from mp7 to nuendo
(midi channel set 1 and rec pressed down on nuendo) it doesn't record 
any notes at all...still, it records if i play the keyboard at the 
same time on the mp7. also, if a have made a sequence to some of B 
tracks, it does not send them to ASR, but it also plays ASR's sounds 
when i play around the mp7's keyborad. somehow, it seems that the 
mp7's sequencer is not sending the notes at all. I checked this out 
also with e-loaders midi monitor, only the "start song" and "end 
song" messages came to from sequences...but, the keybord send all 
data when i playd it.
How should the midi setup been done in Mp7 to make this work?

i've only had mine for about three days but i think that inside of the controller menu there's a
options to output midi on either A or B or Both...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong... also I'm sure it's in the manual...

It's not that the mp7 wouln't send midi, ts the problem that the 
internal sequencer does not send the notes out...is there some 
midiparameter which closes them up or something? i haven't found it 
yet...

sequencer.

And you have MIDI thru activated in your sequencer's MIDI Preferences?

It's not that the mp7 wouln't send midi, ts the problem that the 
internal sequencer does not send the notes out...is there some

yeah i had that problem too. it is like the mp7 locks out some notes during the transfering of tracks to nuendo. i solved it by recording 4 outputs at a time instead of using the whole six, it takes more time to track but it works. also do you have problems with the mp7 time clock wandering off time( milliseconds) you cant hear it but you can see it on the computer screen

Umm..newbie question: didn't find any MIDI-thru-settings from my 
mp7....where they are at...?
