Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Ok, I have just been thru the archives trying to figure out how to
save presets with patterns.

1.I have created a def  multi with all tracks set to the same initial
"blank" presets( to avoid confusion).

2.I select a preset, start recording and check by switching track to
external if it has recorded the prog. change number etc at 000

3.All is fine, switch back to internal, play it again for good measure
and save.

4.Just to check if it's working I re-load the def multi.

Will the pattern reload its initial prog. change setup on play or
pressing stop 3 times?

Will it buggery :)

I know u guys have been here before ( I mostly use my mp7 for sounds
only.) but I would really appreciate it if someone could outline a
reliable way to "stamp" preset selection to individual patterns.
