Pics of my remodeled home studio

Here it is! I finally got rid of the milk crates and blanks. Other
than some better monitors. I am pretty much good to go now.

I just can't respect studio pictures unless they feature a naked girl sitting amongst the gear (or in the case of a woman's studio, a naked boy). *That* would be impressive. Anyone can have a studio. But can you get enough respect that someone is willing to stripdown for you (and the internet)? I throw down the gauntlet. Now, hmmm, either I get my girlfriend to strip, or I must somehow get a lady in here when my girlfriend isn't watching . . . . what a challenge!

I would have to change the subject line to read

Pics of Nude Model in my Home Studio.

Ravi - I could always photoshop you a special set if you'd like?

Ah, photoshop! Okay, you need to be sat at the keys hunched over, working hard and ignoring a few naked groupies hanging out, not posing, but looking over your shoulder with awe and amazement at the work of the genius they know they are privileged to be witnessing and couldn't keep their clothes on for.

Or they could be passed out on the floor with my dogs lapping up the

But as she is handing you the divorce papers, she is overcome with your setup and more importantly with you and instantly understands forgives the motivations of the innocent naked groupies and without thinking apologizes, begs forgiveness and throws the papers out the winder and starts to undr . . .

Re: Pics of my remodeled home studio

Thanks. Sorry I haven't been as active lately. Taking the time to get
to know the equipment I have. Everything got new OS's at the same
time. And I added the Darkstar recently. The Karma has been keeping
me really busy.

Anyways, I do have a quick XL7 question for you.
When I am in Grid mode, while playing back a pattern I noticed a
flicker in the counter display when I have it set to bars. Usaully
flickers at the bar just before the last bar of a pattern at beat 2
or 3. Have you seen this before? It doesn't effect the music, but it
is a distraction.

Thanks,
_greg

Yeah it is a little of an odd one. I usaully just switch it over to
tempo or track. It is the only oddity I have noticed since installing
2.0.

Take care,

Re: Pics of my remodeled home studio

I've noticed it too (under both 1.31 and 2.0). It is a bit
disconcerting, but I haven't noticed any irregularity in the
MIDI/audio. It looks like the bar digit in the LED gets fed a zero or
8 (all segments on) just before the correct number, but I'm not sure
if it's a software or hardware thing.

It's just an LED irregularity that's completely innocuous. Happens to
all of us... =)
