Thanks everyone for the kinda words, and don't worry I never had any 
intention of going anywhere.  Just wanted to clarify somethings to those 
seeking one on one help.  I still think this forum is the ideal place to 
post questions though, I mean, we were all newbies once, so it's not like 
people will poke fun at you for asking basic stuff (provided you at least 
tried to RTFM) :)
