Upgraded to OS 2.0 when I hold down the Tap button and push stop, the 
stop button blinks red but the pattern neither stops nor does the 
display show the loop function screen. What am I doing wrong?

The Stop button blinks to let you know Loop mode is active, it's not 
supposed to stop the pattern or bring up the Loop screen.  You can go into 
the Pattern Edit menus and change the Loop settings there, or use the 
shortcut keys (Tap+Select, Tap+Edit) to set the loop points manually.
