I am wanting to save all my presets and was wondering how others do it. It seems that there is no way to save all of them at once, is this so? It would be great to know any tips before I get started. Thanks Mike G.

I'm assuming you're trying to backup all your presets to a computer. Simply open your sequencer of choice (besides the XL-7, that is!) abd set it to record. Go to the 2nd to last screen in the MIDI menu. Dial left and you'll see bank 0 presets, bank 1 presets, etc. Now press enter for each one and record it into your sequencer. To restore them, simply play them back from your sequencer. Personally, I put all my custom presets in bank 0, so this would be easy for me to backup if I ever felt the need... -Aaron --- mikexl7 <curiousproductions@...> wrote: > I am wanting to save all my presets and was wondering how others do > it. Thanks Aaron, ya I create my own group for them. I like this feature of the presets section I have to say. Ya I do feel the need after loosing all the ones I had a wile back. Happy long weekend to all that have one by the way. I save them via sysex dumps into Cubase SX. Easiest way is to just save
them one bank at a time, and if you lower the sysex packet delay (mine's
at 25ms) it doesn't take long at all. A "Dump All User Presets" would be
nice though for sure!
