Ok, All this talk of flash ROMs has got me feeling like Santa a big early. So I will share a gift with you folks, and hope that you can have some fun with it. Its a set of AIFF files that are samples of my 303. The .zip of them are over in the files section, it is fairly small so it won't tax your modem (those of you on dial up) Here is the readme: *** Readme For SPG's Roland 303 Samples *** Well, its Thanksgiving day, and what better way to celebrate than with some nice samples. This package contains a set of samples of the legendary Roland TB-303, at various forms of its glorious squelchy self. Some of you may notice that these samples are short, yes indeed they are. They provide length by being looped over about 4-10 cycles. The set contains both sawtooth and square forms, with the filter set at various degrees of cutoff and resonance. The idea here is to load them into your sampler and let your sampler's filter do the rest of the work. You may have noticed that the numbers on the sample files skip around. This is because they are from a larger set of samples that I have loaded into Flash ROM on my XL-7. So if you are going to a ROM party any time soon, take these along and add them in! They are small and fun, and can provide hours of entertainment! Bruce Henderson SPG / Signal Processing Group SUPER DELUXE DISCLAIMER 6000 !!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! These samples are being provided for personal use only. You can record all you want with them, but you cannot resell them to anyone for any reason unless you get an ok from me. You can share them for free to your hearts content as long as this readme is included. bruce@...
