A couple of things

A couple of things

Ok yet another OS idea, but this one i truly belive is a good one.

There should be a replace option when recording controller datta.
This would be AMASING! Just emagin not having to go into the pattern
edit mode evry dam time you make a simple slip. You could just keep
wrighting music.

The other thing is for aron, I tried what you where talking about
with the Global settings for controlling the FX in the E5000 and it
has no affect. This is what I did. MIX OUTPUT page and selected the
send that corrasponds to the SUB mix in the E5000 that i want to
use. It dose not seem to change evry time i hit stop twice but more
when I am recording patterns and switching from pattern to pattern.
I have not been able to pin point when it happens yet. Any ideas? Am
i doing sompthing wrong?

Peace mike

Try saving after changing the mix settings. Here's another tip: pressing
stop 3 times (once to stop, once to RTZ, once to RTZ/Init) restores the
patterns initial settings. Therefore, if you do this before saving your
changes, it will reset them. If you do it *after* saving, it will resend the
information in the setup area (see pg. 50 for details) causing your E4 to get
a fresh copy of parameters.
