P2500 – XL7 comparison confusion.

P2500 – XL7 comparison confusion.

2003-03-15 by robertabrownjr

The advertisements and the information on the Emu site says that the
P2500 has three times the processing power as the P2K. The same
sources of information mentions that the P2500 has new, better D/A
converters. The command stations information does not mention this.
So my question is, does the P2500 and the command stations share the
same processor and circuitry or do the command stations use the same
processor and D/A converters as the P2K?

The Command Stations(**-7's)and the Command Module(P2500)all share
the same architecture. The difference between the models is the 13
pads. Now with the PX-7 coming out, all should be compatible now.

Hope this answers your question.
