Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

i'm into dance music and i want to buy the xl-7 but i like the color 
of the mp-7 much better.if i buy the mp-7 and buy the optional xl-7 
rom chip will i have a purple xl-7.does the rom chip for the xl-7 
offer ALL the presets and instrument sounds that i would get if i 
bought the xl-7 command station.if i don't get EVERY sound the xl-7 
offers by buying the mp-7 and buying the xl-7 rom chip i would rather 
just deal with the color yellow and not sacrifice losing any 
sounds.please let me know

Yep, getting the extreme lead ROM will give you all the presets and 
samples from the XL-7.  I wanted to do the same thing as you too (I like 
the purple better too, the yellow is a bit odd), but I couldn't afford a 
Rom and XL.  Or better yet, just get the Techno Synth Contruction and Beat 
Garden ROMs and have a purple Orbit 3!
