Can anyone recomend a good simple MIDI editor for editing text & sysex from my xx7? I use CUBASE but it's a bit large to edit plus i'm having some problems exporting to smf...

You need to change the preroll amount (or is it the start offset?) it
sounds like (the default is 2 bars). I think that's under the
synchronization menu in VST.
