Does the DIGITAL out on the MP-7 SUM the SUB1 & SUB2??

I would think it would, because there is little mention of it...

I believe it only mimics the main outs.

You're both right.

The digital out is exactly equal to the mains (see note *).

The mains however, sum the sends and returns from the internal FX as
long as there's nothing plugged into the jacks.

* NOTE:  the only exception to the MAINS == S/PDIF rule is that the
analog returs from the Ring return on the Subs do not get A/D'ed, but
rather mixed into the mains in the analog domain, so they won't show up
on the digital out.
