Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I think the USB connection togeher with a FLASH RAM would be the units
step to be a sampler as well. Would this be possible technically?
Emu think about this since you will probably come with a sampler 
version of the XL-7 in the near future. Through usb software and a 
RAm expansion slot. The buyers of the rom based version could also
go for it in stead of selling theri rom based xl-7 for little money 
and work their a@@sses of for the sampler version.
I think this is a great idea! So technicians what about it?
